This means that problems can often be solved within minutes rather than having to wait for an engineer to visit your site. An engineer’s visit can often involve a long journey, meaning that a visit has to be booked for half a day, which can even mean having to wait a day or two before the engineer can visit. With remote access an engineer can dial up your server and fix the problem remotely. This fast response ensures your business of maximum productivity and minimum down time.
